At Arswat Media, we are committed to delivering quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, we follow a limited refund policy as outlined below:
🔁 Refund Eligibility
A refund will only be considered if:
- The client has paid for a service, and
- Arswat Media fails to deliver the service entirely due to internal reasons
💰 Refund Amount
- In the event of non-delivery from our side (without any client-side delay or unresponsiveness),
- A maximum of 20% of the paid amount will be refunded as service cancellation fees apply.
❌ No Refund Scenarios
- If services were delivered but did not meet subjective expectations
- If there was a delay due to client-side non-responsiveness
- If the service has already begun and/or work has been shared
- If the client changes their mind after payment
📝 Refund Request Process
- Write to us at contact@arswat.com within 7 days of payment
- Mention your full name, service purchased, and reason for refund
Approved refunds (20%) will be credited within 7–10 business days in original payment method
