3. Proof of Investment: You must provide screenshots from your Meta Ads billing section showing a minimum total ad spend of ₹30,000. This amount reflects the recommended budget of ₹1000/day over the 30-day implementation period, which is a core part of our advertised strategy.
4. Proof of Seeking Assistance: You must demonstrate that you have made a good-faith effort to make the system work. Before requesting a refund, you must have reached out to our support team (contact@arswat.com) at least twice to seek assistance with your campaigns. You will need to provide copies of these email exchanges. This gives us a fair opportunity to help you succeed.

How to Submit a Refund Request

If you have met ALL the eligibility requirements listed above, please email us at contact@arswat.com with the subject line “Refund Request -“.

In the body of the email, you must include all the required proof of implementation, investment, and support requests as attachments. Refund requests that are incomplete or do not include all the required documentation will not be considered.

Once your request is received, our team will review the documentation within 7-10 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
