1. Early-Bird Offer Disclaimer 🐦

The ₹299 Lead Engine Kit™ is being sold under an introductory early-bird offer. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are pre-booking access to the kit before its official release.

  • The complete kit will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of purchase.

  • In some cases, the delivery timeline may extend to ensure quality and updates.

  • By accepting this, you waive any claims related to late delivery or timeline delays.

2. No Profit or Performance Guarantee 🚫

Under Indian law, we are required to clearly state that:

  • Arswat Media does not guarantee any specific income, profit, or number of leads/appointments.

  • All examples, testimonials, and case studies shown are illustrative only and not promises of future results.

  • Your results depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to:

    • Your skills and implementation

    • Ad spend and marketing budget

    • Industry competition and market demand

    • External business conditions

By purchasing, you agree not to hold Arswat Media or its team liable for any loss of business, revenue, or profit.

3. Delivery Policy 📦

  • The kit will be delivered to your registered email ID within 7 working days of purchase.

  • In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 15 working days, and you cannot initiate legal action on this basis.

  • Any delivery updates will be communicated via email/WhatsApp.

4. Refund Policy 💸

We provide a conditional refund policy to comply with Indian consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Refund ✅

A full refund is applicable only if:

  1. You implement the system exactly as provided inside the kit.

  2. You run ads and funnels as per our instructions for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.

  3. You spend at least ₹1000/day on ads (or ₹30,000/month) to test the system properly.

  4. You do not get any measurable results in terms of leads or appointments.

Proof Required 📑

To process your refund, you must provide:

  • Meta Ads Manager reports showing daily ad spend

  • Funnel screenshots proving you installed and used our templates

  • Any additional evidence of proper implementation

Refund Request Process 📨

  1. Email us at contact@arswat.com within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Attach valid proof of implementation.

  3. Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 7–10 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases ❌

  • Failure to follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the kit

  • Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase

  • Purchasing by mistake or without reading these Terms & Conditions

  • Expecting results without any ad spend or proper implementation

5. Limitation of Liability ⚠️

By purchasing this product, you agree that:

  • Arswat Media, its founder, and team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of using the Lead Engine Kit™.

  • You cannot initiate legal claims or consumer complaints against Arswat Media for:

    • Failure to achieve desired results

    • Loss of ad spend

    • Delayed delivery timelines

  • Under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, purchasing this product constitutes a mutual agreement, and you waive the right to claim damages based on assumptions, expectations, or comparisons.

6. Jurisdiction Clause ⚖️

In case of any disputes, you agree that:

  • All matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jaipur, Rajasthan (India) courts only.

  • No complaints shall be entertained in any other jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property Rights 📑

  • All ad scripts, templates, and resources provided inside the Lead Engine Kit™ are the intellectual property of Arswat Media.

  • Reselling, copying, or sharing the materials without written consent is strictly prohibited under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
